Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 20, 2026

Texas Business Leads, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this policy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our website at texasbusinessleads.com and our subscription services (collectively, the "Services").

1. About This Policy

Scope

This policy covers information collected through our website, paid subscriptions, and free email signups. It also describes the business information we compile and provide in our lead reports and how to request exclusion from future reports.

Customer and email-signup information is separate from the business information in our lead reports. Privacy rights depend on the information involved and the law that applies; this policy does not treat all business information as outside privacy protections.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

A. Customer and Email Signup Information

When you subscribe, sign up for free emails, or contact us, we collect the information relevant to that interaction:

  • Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Payment information: Credit card details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Account information: Subscription preferences, report configurations, and delivery settings
  • Communication records: Emails and inquiries you send us
  • Free count email preferences: Your email address, selected Texas region, any offer code, and records of your consent, email confirmation, and unsubscribe choice. We use confirmation links to verify your email before providing access to regional counts and sending weekly count emails. No card or paid subscription is required for these emails.

B. Business Lead Data (Our Product)

We compile business information for lead reports delivered to subscribers for business prospecting. Depending on the record, reports include:

  • Business names and DBA names
  • Business addresses
  • Available business phone numbers
  • NAICS industry codes
  • Record dates

The information in a report may also relate to an individual, such as a business owner. You may contact us about that information or request exclusion from future reports as described in Section 7.

C. Automatically Collected Information

We use session and security information to operate the website, including remembering confirmed access to regional previews. With your consent to analytics and advertising, we also collect the following information for those purposes:

  • Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system
  • Usage information: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, scroll depth, and button/link clicks
  • Interaction events: Form submissions, phone number clicks, and outbound link clicks
  • Transaction data: For subscribers, we track successful purchases including transaction value for analytics purposes
  • Cookies: Session cookies for website functionality and, with your consent, analytics cookies via Google Analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use customer account information to:

  • Provide and deliver your subscription services
  • Process payments and send invoices
  • Send service-related communications (report deliveries, account updates, renewal notices)
  • Send promotional communications about our Services (you may opt out at any time)
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Improve our Services and develop new features
  • Market our Services, including measuring advertising effectiveness and building audiences of similar potential customers through advertising platforms (including hashed identifiers for audience matching)
  • Comply with legal obligations

For free count email signups, we use your email address, preferences, and confirmation records to verify the signup, provide confirmed access to regional counts, and send the weekly count emails requested for your selected region through our communications provider. These emails include a link to the trial and an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing also ends access to the confirmed regional preview. This signup does not start a paid subscription or enroll you in our general newsletter.

We use automatically collected information to:

  • Analyze website traffic and usage patterns
  • Measure advertising campaign performance and optimize ad delivery
  • Build retargeting and lookalike audiences for advertising
  • Maintain website security and prevent fraud
  • Improve website performance and user experience

4. How We Share Your Information

We share customer information with the following categories of service providers and partners. Specific providers within each category may change over time; we maintain an up-to-date list at the end of this section.

  • Payment processors: To securely handle payments and billing
  • Analytics and advertising platforms: To measure website usage, track advertising performance, build retargeting audiences, and create lookalike audiences of similar potential customers. For audience matching, we use hashed customer identifiers. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous; platforms can use them to match their own records. Advertising technologies may also receive device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing events as described in Section 8.
  • Communications providers: To deliver lead reports, service emails, and promotional communications
  • Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government request
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not include customer account or email-signup information in the lead reports we provide to subscribers. Our disclosures to analytics and advertising platforms are described above and in Section 8. Some advertising disclosures may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. See Sections 7 and 8 for your choices.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer account information for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes (typically 7 years for financial records). You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us. We retain email-signup preferences and confirmation records to administer requested emails and preview access, and unsubscribe records to honor your choice not to receive those emails.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure payment processing through PCI-compliant Stripe
  • Access controls and authentication requirements

  • Business name as it appears in our reports
  • Business address

We will add your business to our suppression list within 30 days. This request applies to our future compiled reports. It does not remove information held independently by others or recall reports already delivered.

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
  • Delete personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information

Where California opt-out requirements apply, we will process sale or sharing opt-outs as soon as feasible and within 15 business days; these opt-outs do not require identity verification.

Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.

We may share hashed customer identifiers with advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) for audience matching and ad targeting. You may opt out of this sharing by contacting us at [email protected].

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you.

Other State Privacy Laws

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. Contact us to exercise any applicable rights.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for:

  • Essential cookies: Required for website functionality (session management, security, storing your cookie preferences, and remembering confirmed regional preview access). Regional preview access lasts up to seven days in the signed session, remains limited to the confirmed region, and ends if you unsubscribe or change the confirmed region.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand website usage, including page views, scroll depth, click interactions, and conversion events
  • Advertising cookies: Meta (Facebook) Pixel for conversion tracking, retargeting, and building lookalike audiences for our advertising campaigns

Cookie Consent

When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner offering two choices:

  • Accept All: Enables analytics and advertising cookies in addition to essential cookies
  • Essential Only: Only essential cookies are used; no analytics or advertising data is collected

Your choice is stored locally and remembered for future visits. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for our site.

Advertising and Remarketing

When you accept advertising cookies, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel may collect:

  • Pages you visit and actions you take on our site (e.g., viewing pricing, completing a purchase)
  • Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
  • Referral information and time spent on pages

This data is sent to Meta Platforms, Inc. and is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram, and build audiences of users with similar interests. Meta may combine this data with information from your Facebook/Instagram account in accordance with their privacy policy.

You can opt out of Meta's data collection by choosing "Essential Only" on our cookie banner. You can also control ad preferences directly through your Facebook Ad Settings or by using the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool. For more information, see Meta's Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes fall into two categories:

  • Material changes (new categories of data sharing, new uses of personal information, reduced privacy rights): We will notify affected customers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, in addition to updating this page.
  • Non-material changes (adding a new provider within an existing category, clarifications, formatting): We will update the "Last Updated" date. No email notification is required.
